Every feature

22 features, recorded in the app.

No mockups and no invented data. Each of these is a screen recording of the shipping app, doing the thing it says.

The core

The four things the app is built around.

Suggested sets

It fills in the number before you do.

Your last session sits above the field you are about to type in. FitTrack reads the shape of that session, whether you ramped, pyramided or held flat, and pre-fills the next set to match. Most sets end up being one tap.

Rest timer

Save the set. Rest starts itself.

The countdown begins the moment you save, using the rest time stored on that exercise. It pulses at three, two, one with sound and haptics, so you can put the phone face down and not watch it.

Supersets

The group moves, not just the timer.

Rest fires only after the last exercise in the group, and the app rotates you straight back to the top for the next round. Only the exercise you are on accepts a set, so the others wait their turn.

HIIT intervals

Readable from across the gym.

A full-screen phase countdown, colour-coded work and rest, and the next exercise appearing before the current one ends. Every session lands in the same history as your lifting.

During a session

What changes while you are actually training.

Auto-done

It ends the exercise for you.

Give an exercise a target set count and the card collapses itself and scrolls to the next movement the moment you hit it. No hunting for where you were.

Offline first

No signal, no spinner, no difference.

Every set writes to your phone first. Turning the network off changes nothing about starting a workout, logging a set or running an interval.

Progressive rest

Rest that tightens as you go.

Set a decrement once and every set's rest is shorter than the last. Change it mid-workout without leaving the session.

Timed exercises

Planks and carries are first-class.

Flag an exercise as timed and you get a countdown instead of a rep counter. Stop early and it records the seconds you actually held.

Improvise

Change your mind without losing the log.

Someone on your bench? Swap the exercise. Feeling good? Insert another anywhere in the list. Nothing you have already logged moves.

Rest notifications

Put the phone down. It will tell you.

Rest keeps running when you leave the app, and a notification lands the moment it is over. Nothing to watch, and nothing to come back and check.

Templates and sharing

Build a week once, then reuse and send it.

Template sharing

Send a routine as a link.

Your training partner sees the whole template before importing, and any exercise missing from their library is created automatically.

Starter programs

A plan that is ready to go.

Curated programs grouped by category and difficulty, each previewable in full before you take it.

From history

Turn a good day into a routine.

Save any past session as a template with its exercises, order and superset groups intact, or replace an existing template in place.

Reorder templates

Tap it, tap where it goes.

Put the week in the order you actually train it. No dragging, no long press, no scrolling while you hold something.

Progress

Verdicts rather than charts to interpret.

Needs attention

It names the lift that has stalled.

Not another chart to interpret. FitTrack flags the lifts that have flatlined or started sliding, measured per week so a curl and a deadlift are judged on the same scale.

Training balance

Find the imbalance in one line.

Your working sets counted as push, pull, legs and core, with a plain sentence when one side is running away from the other.

Per-exercise progress

One movement, its whole story.

Every session's best set as a chart, with your all-time best, an estimated 1RM, and a straight verdict on whether it is progressing, holding, stalled or declining.

Session summary

Judged, not just saved.

Finish a session and it is compared against your last matching one: volume, top set, intensity and any records you just set.

Share what you choose

You decide what leaves your phone.

Workout and HIIT summaries have their own share screen. Turn off the numbers you would rather not post, see the card change as you do it, then send exactly that.

Make it yours

Your names, your language, your circuit.

Muscle targeting

Tag what the lift actually trains.

Pick muscles visually on an interactive body diagram, drill into sub-parts, and tag as many as the lift actually works.

English and French

A real second language.

Every screen, alert and chart label ships in both, and switching re-translates what is already on screen. Built-in exercises follow your language; anything you named yourself is left alone.

Custom timers

Not every movement deserves the same 45 seconds.

Give each exercise in the circuit its own work and rest duration. Free for everyone, not held behind the paywall.
